State-owned shipbuilding conglomerate formed from the 2019 merger of CSSC and CSIC, and the world's largest shipbuilder by tonnage. Its yards, including Jiangnan and Dalian, build the PLA Navy's aircraft carriers, Type 055 destroyers and nuclear submarines.
