Ukraine's state security service, not a private defense manufacturer. Since 2022 the SBU has developed and operated the Sea Baby family of unmanned surface vessels used in maritime special operations against the Russian Black Sea Fleet and Crimean infrastructure, fielding them in conjunction with the 385th Unmanned Surface Vehicles Brigade.
