Ukrainian state-owned design bureau founded in 1965, originally a Soviet-era developer of automated control and diagnostic systems for aviation weapons. Luch is the actual developer of the R-360 Neptune anti-ship missile and the Stugna-P anti-tank guided missile (both listed under the Ukroboronprom conglomerate umbrella in some public catalogs), and more recently of the Sokil-300 strike-reconnaissance UAV and the Palianytsia missile drone.
