The GDLS Griffin II demonstrator won the US Army's Mobile Protected Firepower (MPF) competition in June 2022 on a contract worth up to $1.14 billion for up to 96 low-rate-initial-production vehicles, and was officially redesignated M10 Booker in June 2023; it is the same vehicle line carried into production, not a separate design.
