Overview
The Oshkosh ROGUE-Fires is an unmanned, drive-by-wire variant of the Oshkosh Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), fielded by the US Marine Corps as a ground-based launcher for the Naval Strike Missile in the anti-ship role. Naval News reports each ROGUE-Fires launcher carries two Naval Strike Missiles; Army Recognition has separately described the launcher as a four-cell system, and the two-missile figure from Naval News is preferred here. The program remains active, with a $16.9 million USMC contract modification reported in February 2026.
