Mogami-class

Multi-mission frigate class built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries for the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force, designed with a compact crew enabled by extensive automation and a stealth-shaped hull. The class replaces older destroyer escorts and minesweepers in a single hull optimized for mine countermeasures, anti-submarine, and surface warfare.
